MEAT BOUTIQUE TURNED STEAKHOUSE…

Founded in 2015 by Liutauras Venckus, a seasoned expert with over 30 years in the wholesale meat industry, MeatBoutique Bon Chop was born from a profound passion for premium quality meat. Nestled in the heart of the city’s historic Old Town, our establishment began as a meat boutique, dedicated to offering the finest cuts for takeaway, with an inviting grill for those who wished to savour a quick, delectable bite on-site.

From the outset, the vision was simple yet ambitious: to share Liutauras’s lifelong love of meat with the community. With just a few tables and a cozy bar, we welcomed our first guests, who quickly became ardent fans of our expertly prepared steaks. The enthusiasm and growing demand for our offerings were overwhelming, prompting a natural and exciting evolution.

As word spread and our clientele grew, MeatBoutique Bon Chop transformed from a quaint meat boutique into a full-fledged steakhouse. Today, we proudly serve up to 30 guests at a time, providing an intimate yet vibrant dining experience.
